Quik Clicks – Custom Fidget Clicker Maker

Welcome to Quik Clicks. By creating an account, purchasing, or using Quik Clicks (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the refund section, before you buy.

What you get

Quik Clicks lets you design a two-part fidget clicker from your own artwork and download print-ready 3D files (STL and 3MF). A one-time purchase gives you lifetime access to design, save projects, and export files, subject to these terms. Access is tied to your account and is for your use, please don’t share your login.

What lifetime access means

“Lifetime access” means access for the operational lifetime of the Quik Clicks fidget clicker creator. It does not mean your own lifetime. Your access continues for as long as we keep the app running, it is not a subscription, there are no recurring charges, and it does not expire on a fixed date. If we ever discontinue the app, your access ends at that point. We endeavour, with your support, to keep the app running for a very long time.

Your purchase covers the Quik Clicks fidget clicker creator, together with the updates, fixes and new fidget clicker features we release for it. It does not cover any other app, product or service we release.

Price & payment

Access is a single one-time payment (no subscription). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future customers, but your paid access won’t be charged again. We may change the price for new customers at any time, including at the end of an advertised launch price; a price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Refund policy

Quik Clicks is a digital product, once you export files, you keep them. Because of that:

• You can design and preview for free, so you can decide before you pay.
• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not exported any files.
• Once you have exported any file, the goods are considered delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.
• If something isn’t working, contact us first, we’d rather fix it than leave you stuck.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer law that cannot be excluded (for example, the Australian Consumer Law). If a guarantee applies and cannot be waived, this policy does not remove it.

Your licence to use designs

The clickers you design and the files you export are yours. You may use them, print them, sell what you print, and sell or give away the STL and 3MF files you export. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the Quik Clicks app, its source code, or its underlying design engine, and you may not use the Service to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Only upload artwork you have the right to use. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep Quik Clicks running and improving, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Quik Clicks isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Privacy

To run your account we store your name, email, saved projects, and whether you’ve paid, using our backend provider (Supabase). Payment details are handled by Stripe under their privacy terms. We don’t sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change we’ll update the date above; continuing to use the Service means you accept the current version.
